We welcome your support.

Bertschi subscribes to the independent school tradition of giving time, talent, and financial resources to ensure educational excellence. The school depends on financial support from parents, past parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends to sustain and build its outstanding educational program and facilities. Year after year, the Bertschi community responds generously to fundraising efforts.

Like all independently financed schools, Bertschi relies on contributed funds for a percentage of each year's operating budget. Tuition revenues provide approximately 85 percent of necessary income for classroom instruction and associated operation costs. The additional income needed is made up through gifts to the Annual Fund. Nearly 100 percent of our parents contribute to the Annual Fund, which clearly affirms their commitment to the school and our educational program.

Bertschi has conducted a number of successful capital and major gifts fundraising campaigns. We recently completed the "Make Room for Bertschi" and "Bringing Stories to Life" capital and major gifts campaigns.  These programs were enthusiastically supported by current families, alumni families, alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends, providing our community with our Gold LEED certified Bertschi Center, a warm and inviting library and information center, and a spectacular drama lab.
